Write to us
support@euchremarch.com answers every question about the game. Tell us your player name, your phone (Android or iPhone) and the app’s version, which is at the bottom of Settings.
Learning the game
On Home, Learn Euchre teaches the game on the table with a coach, starting with Euchre in a minute. On this site, the rules of Euchre cover the whole game with the sources, and scoring draws every score.
A new phone
If you signed in with Google or Apple, sign in again on the new phone: the first screen says “Played before? Sign in to get your rating back.” You can also sign in later from your profile. A guest account lives in a key on the old phone, so without a sign-in it cannot move to a new one.
Playing online
If the app says “Can't reach the server”, check your connection and try again; games against the computer still work. If it says “Update to play online”, update the app from your store. A friends table closes after 30 minutes with nobody in it; start a new one and share its code again.
Someone at the table
Tap a player’s name at the table to report or block them; a blocked player is never seated with you again. In the chat, “Mute chat on this phone” hides the table’s lines on your phone. We review every report.
Ads
An ad appears only after a rated online game, when you leave its result, never during a hand. Where the law asks for it, your ad choices are in your profile (the round button at the top right of Home), then Settings, then Ad privacy. The privacy policy has the rest.
A deal that looks wrong
After an online game, “Check the deal” on the result redoes every deal from the seed sealed before the first card. If a deal does not check, write to us with what that screen shows.
Deleting your account
In the app or by email: see Delete your account, with what stays afterwards.
